Pra Somdej Wat Rakang Long Kru Bang Khun Prohm; A completely unannounced, and low profile release of these most obviously Sacred and Aged Amulets, from Wat Rakang Kositaram,These exhibits are special in their surfaces having 'Kraap Kru' (mildew stains), which is normally only seen with Somdej Bang Khun Prohm Amulets of the 2502 Chedi Stupa Opening. Gold Plated Casing with Rhinestones included. Release along with the 108th Yorn Yuk anniversary edition.

Not mildew-less, as were Somdej Wat Rakang amulets of Somdej Dto Prohmrangsri,the amulet is covered with Kraap Fong Taop Hoo (imploded soya milk bubble effect mildew), and hence it is easily visible to the naked eye, that they were placed within the Chedi Stupa at Wat Bang Khun Prohm. The Kraap Kru (mildew and fungus and surface distortion) on this amulet, which is indeed a Somdej Wat Rakang released officially, by Wat Rakang Kositaram, has mildew that is identical with the Kraap Kru stains on the Pra Somdej Bang Khun Prohm of Somdej Dto which were removed from the chedi stupa at Wat Bangt Khun Prohm, in 2500 BE, and once more in 2502 BE

The slight difference in mildew stains suggests that these were placed in the stupa Kru Chamber 50 years ago, to be removed 3 years ago, and unannounced, but publicized on a low profile level (not advertising but also not hiding their existence). These amulets also could fit this theory. because Wat Boworn Somdejs are same Pim as Wat Rakang, so could have been made there 50 years ago, or, the fact that Wat Boworn is near to Wat Bang Khun Prohm, and that the three floods of Bangkok are what caused the appearance of the mildew stains on both Bang Khun Prohm, and these yet to be officially identified amulets, are so similar to cause one to become confused. However, according tou our studies and eyes, the Kraap Kru appears to come from the Kru Gao Old Stupa at Wat Bang Khun Prohm.In addition, the amulet is stated by the temple as 'Nuea Bang Khun Prohm' (clay of Bang Khun Prohm).

Wat Rakang amulets of that Era are dry, and smooth, at Wat Bang Khun Prohm, old amulets are fuzzy and full of mildew, but unless you know that Wat Boworn, makes identical Pim as the Wat Rakang, and that its Chedi Stupa suffered the same three floods, as did Wat Bang Khun Prohm, it explains the similarity of mildew stains, and means that the amulets may have been placed in the Kru Chamberts of either temple. No documentation to date has been fond that reveals the exact Stupa they were removed from. One must therefore rely on one's ability to recognize Kraap Kru. Finally, it is said that a few original Wat Rakang amulets, were placed in the kru Chamber Chedi at Wat Bang Khun Prohm, and these few have mildew.

Whatever the case, the amulets are released officially through the temple of Wat Rakang and stated as Pra Somdej Wat Rakang Pim Yai (Pim Pra Pratan). There is no further info revealed, for which we suspect that some Great Masters have sat together and decided to dig up some Ancient Amulets, of which there are many the public do not know about, and release a few to raise funds for their temple.

It does not require much time with an eye loupe to confirm the Sacredness and Authenticity of these Truly fine example of Pra Somdej Wat Rakang, whose age rages into many decades within a Chedi Stupa. Signs of 'Chae Nam Montr' (soaking in holy water) is also evident in these amulets. This is however more of a Wat Bang Khun Prohm practice than one used by Wat Rakang, once again suggesting that which is hard to believe, but seems to be so.

In the end, we took these amulets for their sheer ease of recognition as authentic ancient Wat Rakang Amulets with authentic signs of the Wat Bang Khun Prohm Gru and Chae Nam Montr methods of empowerment, and its low profile inner sanctum distribution channels, which we were lucky to come across. We believe thes amulets to be of much higher spiritual value and monetary value than claimed, and that there is a wonderful mystery behind them which may one day turn out to be a priceless one! comes encased in gold plated brass casing with rhinestones, and original box from the temple of Wat Rakang Kositaram.

These amulets are truly ancient, but were released along with a 108 Pi 2556 Somdej Dto Memorial edition, in order to assist the fundraising, and because once every few decades, the temple opens the Kru, to remove some remaining amulets, for distribution to the faithful and bring them blessings
